I have 12 place settings and some extra service pieces as well. Overall it turned out to be a huge set but I love it as I didn't want to have any pieces missing. Perfect for formal dinner parties. Looks very elegant when set on a table and goes very well with sleek silverware. It's a good kitchen/dining investment.
Absolutely Beautiful and elegant
I bought the 5-pc settings for $68.99. I opened a Macy's card for buying this and got other additional discounts. These costed me around $50.00. So, I can say I got one of the best deals. The pieces look very elegant. They have a half-white shade because of the ivory and this makes them absolutely fabulous. After I bought these, all my other dinner sets now look very cheap. They have a small pattern just before the border and this adds a lot of beauty to these plates. I looked at other sets that had such pattern. They were gaudy. The pattern on these plates is just beautiful. I spend literally hours looking at these plates. I row need to redecorate my dining set almara. Absolutely beautiful and elegant!!!!
Noritake - Ardmore Platnium
My husband and I registered and received 12 sets of the Ardmore Platnium design as wedding gifts. The design is very classic and traditional and we got many compliments on our choice. We have yet to use it but come Thanksgiving it will be out for it's first use with the family. We would definitley recommend this brand to anyone who needs a recommendation.

This is the pattern my husband and I picked out when we were getting marreid 4 years ago. It is elegant and timeless. Everytime I look at it I smile. I just finished purchasing all of my place settings and plan to use them this year for the first Thanksgiving in our new house!
Timeless Pattern
My husband and I registered for this pattern of china for our wedding. I wanted to take my time picking out a pattern. I wanted a pattern that I would love fifty years from now. I knew the moment that I saw the Ardmore Platinum design that it was the one I wanted. The pattern is elegant without overdoing it. The detail is beautiful. I especially love the off white design along the border, it adds extra charm to each of the pieces. I would recommend this pattern to anyone! The Ardmore Platinum design is one that can be passed on from generation to generation without looking out-dated. I am excited to continue collecting each piece.

My husband & I have been married some 20 years before we got our first Fine Dinner Service from my daughter's first pay check. My husband loves to cook and my daughters' friends were among his most ardent fans. So what better gift from our daughter than to grace our table with the Noritake Ardmore Platinum. Beautiful, Timeless & Classic
My fiance and I registered for this pattern for out wedding. We got all of our pieces and them some. The pattern is beautiful and it's dishwasher safe. We wanted something that was timeless that we would still love in 15 years. The pattern is also affordable so we are able to expand our set.
