Not dishwasher safe

This item - Noritake Charlotta Gold Dinner - is advertised as dishwasher safe. Unfortunately, this is not true. After using it in the dishwasher for less than one year the gold comes off!! Pictures are attached. We lost a lot of money, as we bought the entire set. Do not buy if you are planning to put the plates in the dishwasher!

Elegant. I paired with gold rim glasses. I would recommend and the price is good too.
