Heavy

The quality of porcelain is very nice and the glaze colors are also lovely. The dinner bowls are a bit too heavy, unlike the other plates and bowls which are suitable weight.

Best Dishes Ever

I got a bunch of these dishes a year ago for my wedding and they are my favorite wedding present. They have held up really well. So far I can not see any silverware marks on them. I like that the plates stack nicely and do not take up much room. The only problem I have is the dots are not all exactly the same, some are a bit darker and fuzzy. This is defiantly done on purpose but it is slightly annoying. My parents had a set of Noritake dishes, not blue hammock that they used every day for 15-ish years and they look almost as good as new. After a year of daily use I expect the same from this set.
