Worst Packaging EVER

Well, we should’ve scrolled to the reviews before trying 3 times to actually have an intact tree delivered. The boxes are definitely not built to properly protect the products that are being shipped. Returning the third tree and giving up….complete disappointment!

Never again Christmas total disappointment

Bought two. Arrived damaged and unusable. Sent back and Macys have only refunded for one yet sent back together. Now have to spend more precious time rectifying.
