Not the same

The popcorn I received was not the popcorn machine advertised. I would not recommend ordering this product because you will receive one that does not look the same and seems like an inferior quality. Very disappointed as this was intended to be a gift.

Not the exact popcorn machine shown

The pop corn machine is not like the one displayed in the picture. When you’re paying a lot for something you expect it to be what you ordered. This wasn’t the first time. I ordered this a couple of weeks ago and returned it due to it being the wrong one. I was on the phone with a customer service agent who told me they would send the correct one. I went over what it looked like and even went over it again just to make sure. They told me it was all red with the gold handle. After all this time they still sent the wrong one. Just simply take down the item if you don’t have it.
