I Like and Trust Now 5-HTP

I take this brand of 5-HTP because I like Now products and I'll get what I paid for. I use it to calm my nerves and it has really helped me with this. I also like that it's 200 mg as lower dosages haven't worked well for me. I am satisfied and will continue using this product.
