Great for muscle recovery

I have been taking this supplement for several weeks now and have noticed a significant difference in my muscle recovery after working out. Also with overall mood and brain function, like I just feel better overall if that makes sense. I feel more energy and less brain fog as well. I will say this is something I have to force myself to take for the benefits, it’s not the best tasting. But the health benefits make it worth it to me. I love the size of the bottle too. This will last me about 2 months.

Love this for myself!

This has given me a piece of mind knowing I’m getting all my nutrients and everything in one drink. It does have a bitter taste but that’s fine. It mixes nice and easy. It has helped me tremendously before and after a workout! I feel less sluggish and more energized.

Strong taste, but great benefits.

The health benefits of the product is great but it is hard to take it as a daily supplement since it has a strong bitter taste and changes the consistency of the drink as it thickens and foams up. It is an every once in a while thing for me paired with lots of honey. I have made smoothies before to coat the taste and the texture of the drink but I am still figuring out which recipes to work with in order to utilize this product on a regular basis and make it apart of my fitness and nutritional health journey. Other than that the health benefits are great and I feel as though my recoverys are smoother. I received this product as a gift but this is my honest opinion.

Perfect for me

As someone who has mental health issues and sometimes I don’t want to eat- I barely get all the protein I need. I would mix the powder in some orange juice and drink it knowing that it would help me on those days that eating was really hard. I would for sure mix it like the bottle says because the taste is no good alone- but I didn’t taste it at all in the orange juice. I have so much still left of it. Which is perfect because I don’t need it everyday I use it when needed.
