Amazing recovery boost!

I like to train (weightlifting, running, and tennis) everyday but I almost 47 year old body gets pretty grumpy about it. Stretching and recovery in between days has helped, but taking BCAA Big 6 right before or right after exercise has reduced my pain/soreness to almost zero the next day to where I might explore training more again. I was supplementing with whey protein shakes 2x a day and 5mg daily creatine before, but the soreness signaled that I needed to take every other day off. It's also hard to say but I'm now also lifting more weight than I've been able to, even after consistently lifting for 2+ years. Highly recommend you give it a try and see what's possible for you!

Great supplement wonderful taste

My husband and son in college love this Bcaa big 6 they use it as a supplement to help them in their work out regimen. They both love it! I love it too! Great taste too!

No caffeine!

I am super sensitive to caffeine so I have been looking for a workout enhancement that is caffeine free. I am so happy I found this! I love the watermelon flavor! I mix one scoop with a glass of water before my workouts and feel great before and after the gym! Super hydrated and an easy recovery.

It does work

It does work but i donâ€™t added to my smoothie because it doesnâ€™t taste good when you added to your smoothie itâ€™s better to drink it with water!!

Great flavor and result!

I really liked this BCAA! The powder mixes nicely into water and tastes so good. I drank this prior to and sometimes during my workouts. It helped me feel hydrated, focused, and energized throughout my workouts. I would definitely recommend this product!
