Easy on my stomach taking one twice daily or only one daily depending on my need. I like that they are methylated for efficient absorption.

Life changing

l was prescribed metformin extended release. After 2-3 months, l had no energy. I read one side effect is depletion of B12 and l think other B vitamins. I was constantly sleepy-tired; had no energy. In a few days weeks of taking the suggested dosage of Coezyme B Complex, l had more energy. I decided to take a morning and an (extra) evening dosage to coincide with my metformin schedule. Then after two weeks, l built up to normal energy. I will ask about lowering my Metformin dosage, but will continue with this form of B Complex.

Well balanced and reliable

I have taken one cap a day for over ten years. It works consistently, I can tell when I accidentally skip a dose. It does not cause a niacin flush (hives) or B-12 overload like some other B vitamin products.
