Smalltablet, easy to swallow

This Copper Glycinate supplement is so easy to add into my routine. The tablet size is as small as a shirt button and it’s 1 tablet daily, so it’s easy to take. Copper is an essential trace mineral and as someone who couldn’t eat various fruits and veggies, the organic food & veggie blend is a great addition. I was busy with some event at work and I notice I didn’t get as tired as I usually did. I’m really impressed with how I’ve been feeling and so far I have not experience any adverse effects.

Easy to take!
