Try this AFTER you work out. Don't sample.

We got this free. It's a little weird. You've really got to need your electrolytes.

Very useful in desert

Went camping in desert and these were great to pack and have on hand t make sure we were replenishing our electrolytes. Usually I sweat a lot and drinking water alone is not enough. With these I stayed hydrated in the heat

Gluten Free!

I have celiacs so I am always looking for a gluten free hydrating tab and this is perfect. I love to mix 1 tablet into a glass of water before or after an active day. I love the flavor!

Perfect for post workout!

The hydrate-effect tablets are amazing for my post workout recovery. The mixed berry flavor is so good and is dissolves so nicely into my water. The thing that I love about these products is that they are science backed and clean, with no artificial sweeteners!
