Less brain fog.

I’ve been taking GABA for 3 weeks now. I’m 47yrs old and perimenopausal. Since I turned 45yrs old my body has changed drastically! I’m looking for ways to balance my hormones during this pleasant phase of my life. GABA needs to be taken every morning, on an empty stomach. I keep one bottle on my nightstand to help remind me to take my 2 capsules first thing before I start my day. I’m taking other supplements by NOW along with GABA and I have noticed some small changes. I seem to have less brain fog. I’m able to wake up and go. Where as prior to taking this I was dragging. I’m still struggling with insomnia, mood swings, and keeping my energy up for the entire day. I’m hoping to see more improvements as I continue to take these supplements religiously.
