Best to get the real thing

More focused without headaches

I bought a bottle of lion’s mane after researching best extraction methods and what part of the mushroom is best to use in a supplement (fruiting bodies). I’d gotten a headache from a competitor’s brand, no pain from the NOW brand. So far so good
