Helps with sleep

This product definitely helps with my sleep, although I still wake up a lot. The powder seems very effective but it tastes awful. This is likely due to the nature of pure magnesium powder. But it works well enough that I come back for more daily.

Good way to get your mag.

A good source of mag. a little bitter but no more so than vit c powder. I like not having terrible fillers like in most capsules.

Magnesium Citrate

Pro: 1/2 tsp serving makes product last a long time, good value. Con: 1. Does not dissolve completely, get a mouthful of powder in last gulp of drink. 2. No taste, good or bad. I prefer a flavor so I can take my other supplements with the water containing the Magnesium Citrate.

Outstanding product and Deal

I chose Magnesium Citrate powder because I prefer all my nutritional supplements to be powdered. This product is essentially the 'essence' of countless lemons in a single bottle. One bottle will last you a long time, but go ahead and buy TWO because this is a must have supplement in this day.

highest amount of magnesium citrate i've found in a teaspoon serving

Like this product because unlike other ones i looked at you only have to consume 1 tsp. in 8 oz. of water and you have a great source of this product. I find the taste alot like alka seltzer hope they get flavors soon.

I prefer a flavored brand

It dissolves easily. But I prefer a flavored powder. After I finish this bottle, I will switch back.
