Perfect for before bed.

I was given this product in exchange for my honest review. I would take this product before bed every night. I didn't notice a difference but the benefits that it gives you are not physical but internal. I have read a lot about it, and I look forward to seeing the results in the far future.

Great for Focus!

Good magnesium

I was given this product in exchange for my honest review. I like that they didn’t use magnesium citrate because I’ve had weird reactions to that in the past. This formula seems do digest easy and perform as described. Definitely feel sharper when I take these. Not a horrible taste, either. I recommend taking these after eating because the one time I took them on an empty stomach, it didn’t seem as effective
