Easy way to take MCT without the mess
Switched to these from liquid MCT and I'm not going back. The oily feeling was the main thing — I never loved it in coffee, and hauling a bottle around was worse. These I just keep in the cabinet next to everything else and take them with breakfast. No measuring, no mess, nothing to spill in a bag. Label's about as simple as it gets. MCT oil and the softgel, nothing else in there. And the price on these compared to the keto-branded stuff isn't really a contest. Only real thing to know is you're taking three at a time and they're not small. If you were doing a full tablespoon of the liquid before, that's a lot of swallowing to land in the same place, and liquid's probably still cheaper if you're taking a big dose daily.

I use it mostly for fasted workouts and long work days. I do intermittent fasting, so in the morning I take 3 softgels with a little food or with my coffee.
