Unsure

I have been feeling better since taking Methyl B-12 and CoQ10 but until my lab work comes back I won't know how it truly affects my anemia.

Good price for a high dosage, and capsule form is

Very glad to find this in capsule form. Most B12 is in lozenge form, so is difficult to split dosage.

Vitamin B12

I recommend NOW Vitamin B12. It does not repeat on mt as other B12 Vitamins do.
