These are great!

As someone who has a history of cardiac issues, I love that this supplement supports cardiovascular and bone health, and has all the forms of the vitamin K family. The pills also weren't too big, which was a major plus! I highly recommend.

Convenient combination of vit K

I take vitamin K supplements regularly and switch between the different types. I love that this supplement has K1 and both MK-4 & MK-7 for K2, all combined in one, so I don’t need separate supplements for each type. The capsule is smaller than average and the serving size is 1 capsule daily, super easy to take and add to my routine. I like how I’m feeling and didn’t experience any issue.

Bone support for the dairy-frees

If you’re living dairy free like me, this supplement is great bone support. I have to get my calcium in other ways since I don’t drink milk so I feel like my bones need as much support as they can get. These capsules are on the bigger side but not huge, and I didn’t experience any bad tastes or smells!
