Helps Me Remember Words

In the past several years, I was struggling with recalling words. Being only 61, I still need to work more years. The doctor I saw tested my memory and said all was good except recalling words. I was slow in recalling them. After taking Phosphatidyl Serine 300mg, my memory recall improved. It’s not perfect but recall problems are rare. It works for me.
