Gluten-free easy dinner!
I was pleasantly surprised by the Organic Quinoa Macaroni Pasta. It’s quick to cook and doesn’t have that gritty texture you often find with gluten-free pasta. The taste is fantastic, and it’s perfect for my family’s dietary needs. It’s definitely become a staple in our meals. No mushiness, and it absorbs flavors well. Great texture and taste
Great texture and taste! I can't really taste the difference between this and regular wheat pasta. It also seems very easy to digest. This has become my favorite gluten free pasta and is now a staple in our house. Highly recommend!

Decent for a pasta alternative
This was my first time trying a quinoa style pasta. It cooked up nicer than I was expecting. The texture and flavor were slightly different than a traditional pasta but I kind of expected that. I made this into Mac and cheese and my kids loved it and didn’t notice I swapped their usual pasta.

Yummy & Easy
These take a bit longer to cook vs traditional pasta, but taste about the same, if not better! I made a yummy macaroni and cheese using mine and it turned out fantastic! I had no issues with the noodles sticking to each other either!

Really good but cooked faster than box says
I made an absolutely delicious Mac and cheese with these and it was a huge hit! The only thing I have to say is it cooked way faster than the box time - was done in about 6.5/7 min. Thankfully I checked it and so it didn’t get mushy or anything but other than that it was perfect! Will def buy in the future.

No diary, grains, soy or eggs! Amazing.
My family loves this pasta! The fact that it's free of all major allergens means my entire family can enjoy it. We used this pasta for our Thanksgiving macaroni casserole and it wasabsolutely delicious. My neice with an egg allergy was able to enjoy it while my gluten free sister was also able to have it! My daughter also has iron deficiency anemia so we were thrilled that this has higher iron than your average pasta. We can't get her to eat quinoa, but she loved it in macaroni form and we will definitely be sticking up again soon!
