ZERO scent

Very disappointed with this- no scent at all. I order primarily all NOW essential oils and have never had this experience. I've ordered vanilla blend in jojoba oil and it is wonderful. Sandalwood oil in this case has zero scent. I'm confused by the other reviews that are rated higher..

Product Origin is Omitted!

I saw the product in my local store. It smells great but there is a very important information omitted on the label; the country of origin!!! A credible vendor and a product would never omitt this! Which leaves lots of room for imagine why!!! Of course I picked up another brand product which states clearly that it's made in Sri Lanka!

No discernible scent

For the cost of this oil, I was disappointed that there was no scent. Mild smell of the carrier jojoba oil was all that I could detect. The seal wasn’t broken on the bottle so that makes no sense. People describe it, even in the 14% purity, as highly aromatic but…there’s nothing. Usually really like NOW essential oils. They’re my go-to brand. Really disappointed.

Sorry to hear that you had a less than favorable experience. Sandalwood Oil is a base note oil with medium aroma intensity and this product is a 14% blend in Jojoba Oil, not 100% Sandalwood Oil. We can assure that all of our essential oils, including sandalwood and blended oils, undergo a battery of tests to confirm their identity and purity.

I Love these Products

I am thoroughly impressed with the Essential Oils (EO) and EO Blends. The Aromas are Phenomenal. I am no Expert, but I am not a Novice either. I believe NOW Products are 2nd to None.
