Effective!

This does appear to increase testosterone and improve libido, as indicated in clinical studies. I had my testosterone levels tested after about 2 months of taking 4x capsules per day of Testojack 200 (=400mg Tongkat Ali) and was please to see it was 30.6 nmol/L (882.6 ng/dL) which is actually exceeds the medical reference range (8.4-28.8nmol/L or 240-830ng/dL). I did not have my levels checked before supplementing but it's extremely unlikely at 46 years old that my testosterone levels could naturally be that high. I actually switched to Testojack 300 in order to reduce my daily dose to 1 capsule of 300mg daily. No sense in taking more than you need. Side Effects: I did try the maximum recommended dosage on the bottle (2 caps 3 times daily = 6 caps = 600mg Tongkat Ali) but I quickly experienced minor side effects like redness of the skin of my face, chest, and neck. Reducing the dose to 400mg daily(4 capsules) completely eliminated this issue. Also, I recommend taking the full dose in the morning as taking it in the evening caused insomnia and restlessness for me.
