Just like meat

I bought this not knowing how I would like it. Honestly, it tasted just like meat. It’s very good. I shared some of my lasagna with my friend, and she couldn’t believe it was not meat . a great healthier alternative.

Great source of protein

These crumbles have a really nice texture. They don't have much flavor, so they pick up the flavor of the sauce they're heated in or the items they're cooked with. I add some to rice when I cook it, for protein. I'm sold!

Game Changer for Vegan Meat Sauces!

These crumbles are a game changer for me! Besides being vegan and organic, they are the most convenient way to make a mean "meat" sauce or chili, or anything saucy that requires ground meat. That must be why they are often out of stock, but when they are available, I buy at least 6 packages so I don't have to go without. The fact these crumbles don't require refrigeration or any special preparation to use makes it super convenient to use -- just pour into the sauce, simmer for 30 minutes, and voila! The price is great since a little bit goes a long way, so if you're on a tight budget (who isn't these days?), these really help stretch it.
