Was great, then ingredients changed!

These now contain safflower oil, a seed oil (PUFA). Check your labels! I had a serious allergic reaction. I had been taking these for years with no issues and suddenly discovered the change.

Trusted company, good product.

A doctor recommended I take a Vitamin D supplement. I trust NOW products, so started taking their Vitamin D-3. My Vitamin D levels now measure in the normal range and my energy level has also returned to normal.
