Looks Nothing Like the Picture

This looks nothing like the picture. The color is nowhere near gold, and is a slightly brown silver. It's also just one big loop, and when trying to double wrap it like the picture, it gets kinks in it and is not smooth.

Shipping issue

Horrible customer service as of late. Haven’t received my item and it’s always been charged. It’s over two weeks late. Avoid purchasing Macys or its vendors. Let’s hope the item matches its description when it finally arrives.
