Defective Product

You do not notice the missing pieces until you remove the earrings from package. I went to return them at another Macys and they did not have and said could not return (even though I had receipt) so I had to settle on a different pair.

Beautiful earrings … but …

Very beautiful!!! But too heavy for me! They pull my earlobe down and they are MOST difficult to get in my ear! And once I got one earring on, it didn’t feel like it was actually latching. My ear was red and it hurt. I’ll be returning these, unfortunately.
