A stone fell out after two days

One of the stones on the end fell out after two days of wearing. It also began to tarnish. Disappointed

Bent and Stones Fell Out

arrived bent. and worn it 2 times and the little side stones have already fallen out. I love the ring but.... am so disappointed and sad.
