Automation Does Not Always Work!

I cannot appropriately review this product because as of this date Monday, January 26, 2026, I have not received the items; therefore, I am not able to tell you what I think. The orginal date for delivery was 1/22/26, then delayed again to 1/24/26, and as of today, there is a further delay via the Macys APP to 1/28/26. The problem here is that your automation does not align with delivery. It is imperative to ensure the customer has received delivery of the item(s) first before sending out an auto request for review.

Beautiful! I bought 1 size up since I am not a teen/ young adult and wanted roominess. XL, not my usual Large. Very nice!
