Fine for the price

This dress is very short waisted, so it's less flattering if you have really wide hips as the skirt flares out higher than I expected. The fabric is soft, thick and stretchy. The dress is lined. It's pretty short. The sizing is more generous than I was expecting; not juniors sizing for sure! I'm often an XL/16 in dresses and this dress was not too small in XL. I wear a 38G and the top was not too tight or revealing. I didn't realize it was final sale or I would probably return it, but it will be fine layered with a cardigan and tights.
