product obviously sent damaged from warehouse

Platter came with a huge flaw (Cracked and chipped). I guess I didn't realize that "final sale" meant even if the product arrived damaged Macy's would not stand behind their product and send a replacement. What a convenient way to rid themselves of damaged goods with no liability for them. Lesson learned. Definitely would NOT recommend this product or Macy's anymore for that matter.

Last Act Arrived broken

This platter was shoved into a too small box and shipped to me. I knew before opening it that the platter would be damaged. Poor packing job! Can't be returned or exchanged so they say but I am going to try! Do better shipping department.

Ceramic Serving Platter

I read the reviews before buying but figured, "what the heck?" I was blown away by this platter. It's gorgeous. It is a pale blue, large platter. but not heavy. simple wipe down with Scrob Daddy, and done.
