Melatonin That Works!

Good Sleep Gummies 💤

These are good. You can definitely taste the blackberry and mint flavors in these. I must admit that sometimes these doesn’t work effectively all the time. Sometimes I’m knocked out in 30 minutes and then sometimes it’s take a whole hour or so for me to sleep. So these are mild and aid in sleep. I know everybody’s body is different. But, overall just good.

Helps me get good sleep !

This is my first time taking melatonin and so far I’m loving it! Initially I didn’t think it was working but the more I was taking it the more I’ve realized how much my sleep has improved! Before, I would toss and turn all night, but now I sleep through it! The taste isn’t bad either which I think is a plus.

Don’t waste your money 💸

It’s just empty calories. The taste is like any other gummies. I did not have a better sleep, I did not even feel sleepier 30 minutes after taking them. So no, I wouldn’t recommend them and I wouldn’t be getting them again either.
