Great taste, works quickly!

Yummy taste, and helps me if I’m struggling to fall asleep. I take the 5mg, and it doesn’t make me groggy in the morning. I like that it mixes l-theanine with melatonin; most others just have melatonin.

Very good

These are fairly tasty and I believe they help me fall asleep faster. I am still searching for something that will keep me asleep longer than 2.5 hours.

Need better introduction on how they work

They do work well but I didn't know how to use them. My doctor told me to take them a 3 to 4 hours before bed. This explains why they seemed to just make me tired all day and didn't help me get to sleep on time.

These Really Help

They help me relax and unwind, they don’t necessarily make me groggy but helps my body know that I need to sleep. I love that they’re tasty and are easy to add to my nightly routine. They don’t leave me feeling groggy in the morning, which is a great thing when I have kids that get up super early. I do find I am waking up more refreshed and ready to start the day. These really are a simple, effective sleep aid, that is a staple in my routine.
