I was at Macy's Green Hills on Thursday January 1st and waited forever to have shoes pulled from back to try on, and again to pay for my shoes I wanted to buy. The shoe department had one person to help customers. There was one customer who waited and waited and finally gave up and left! I love my shoes I bought.

Poor quality- fell apart quickly

I’m very disappointed with these shoes. After only a short time of use, the sole completely came apart from the upper (see photo). The stitching and glue seem very weak. I expected better quality for the price. Not recommended.
