Beautiful but runs small

This is a beautiful ring. Looks exactly like the picture. However, it runs very small. I ordered a 7 to use in my middle finger and it didn’t fit like other rings that size. I have to wear it in my ring finger. Size up or be ready to wear it differently.

I purchased the silver color one. The finish is coming off and turning - looks like a rose gold color now so I am not too happy with it.
