Wrong dress.

I didn’t receive the dress I ordered. It was completely different, other than being black. I was so disappointed. I ordered to wear to a wedding. The one I received was ugly and also wrong size. I returned it.

Didn't receive the dress

Never received the dress. The original package had sweater jacket in it instead of a dress. When I tried to go through customer service, the people at the brick and mortar store said they couldn't help me and that I would need to go online. The only online help at the time was the chat box. Requested the correct dress be sent to me, but the chat sent me a refund instead.

Beautiful dress...but

This dress is beautiful - fits well and is extremely flatering, but be careful washing it. I washed it on cold on the gentle cycle and then put it in the dryer on low for about 3 minutes and then hung it to dry. It dries rather stiff and slightly wrinkled and a clothing steamer on low almost brought it back. It still had a few wrinkles so it helped to place it on the bed and smooth it with my hands. • Again, lovely dress but I found it took a lot of care. That being said, I would probably not travel with it because of that. • Would I buy it again or recommend it? Yes, but it's not easy care in a day and age where I think it should have been.

Loved dress but too big. Wish I could have kept it. A dress for everyone’s closet.

Perfect LBD

Love this dress! Fits absolutely perfect. I am 5’3” , 128 Ibs. 32D. Pear shaped with shoulders and a lean torso. Bought a size 2 and it fits snug, but I like it that way. If you want it to loosely skim like the model maybe size up? Length hits mid calf. Looks great with heels or flats :) sleeves drape nicely, not poofy. Can’t wait to wear it.
