Never received

I never received the original shipment, and now they’re sending another one and I haven’t received that yet. I had to go through an auto bot to complain and the new email said sorry about the damaged shipment. I just want the mugs.

Onieda 365 Dinnerware Set

These were not bright white so I returned them. I took out a bowl and it was grayish white and more of a stoneware quality than fine porcelain like my Lenox. It was smaller of a bowl and not shaped as flat round but more pyramid than photo. I would suggest these for a college student as a starter apartment set but not for anyone over 30 who likes fine dining.

Cute but don’t bother!

I really wanted these dishes, but many MANY flaws. Bought 2 boxes in hopes of keeping the best of them and returning 1 box, but too many flaws to do so. Chip on 1 plate edge, bubbles in finish ON ALMOST EVERY PIECE, holes where bubbles burst and had no glaze, don’t waste your time. Shame on you Macy’s. Where is your quality control?? 2nd attempt at buying dishes from you, I’m done.
