Defective after a couple washes

We were so excited about this glassware that we ordered 2 sets of 12 (6 big and 6 small glasses? but extremely disappointed to discover that after just a couple washes the finish is cracking and peeling off. Half of our glasses are no longer usable, a third are almost no longer smoky because the grey has faded so much, and the other half have me worried about what’s breaking down from the glass coating into what we’re drinking. I would not recommend, literally anything else would be better. In my photos you can see a glass we used once, a peeling glass we washed 3x, and a glass that has been washed and is significantly faded.
