Product details
Web ID: 19994813Love this color against my complexion
It is very comfortable and keeps me warm. I did notice a slight bleeding of the red dye however after letting it dry after going through the wash cycle the bleeding of the red dye ended.

Flannel Nightgown
First of all the size chart was off according to the size I usually wear, but the worst thing was the fabric, it was like cardboard, I realize after washing it would have softened up some but I didn't want to take that chance and it was way too big. You used to be able to find really cute and nice fabric nightgowns at Christmas time but the quality has gone down the price way up.
Re: Rough Material
Flannel did not feel like a soft flannel material
Dye leaks
When I first got the grown I washed it and the dye leaked and the fabric was hard. Not what I expected coming from Macy. Just got it about 2 weeks ago. Would have returned it if I had not washed it. Very dissatisfied
Great Cardinal Nightgown
I purchased this Flannel Nightgown in a Large 18/20 by Only Necessities in a pretty vanilla background with Cardinals and I'm thrilled! The background has a warm tone. The Cardinals are larger than usual so they pop out beautifully! It's a midi length which is perfect for me. I highly recommend this!

Return experience
To return an item at Macy's online is horrendous! All I can get is a robot which consistently targeted the wrong item to be returned. The process itself is onerous and has taken me several hours over 2 days!! I asked to talk to a live person and all I got was a robot! None of it was helpful to me. Please contact me. Thank you
too stiff and odd design
I ordered the large size in "pearl", but it was too big. The neckline is high and awkward fitting. The color was a drab gray. I also thought the product had an odd smell. It's returned.
dye leaks
Hi, I bought this red flannel nightgown and a blue one. I have washed them numerous times and the dye continues to leak. My hands, mostly my fingernails, turn red or blue depending on the gown color I am wearing. My bed sheet has a red tinge to it. This color does not wash out with soap. I do not know if the dye seeps into the foods I eat when I am eating finger foods or not but I imagine that must be a risk. I love the nightgowns, so I have tried very hard to wash out the dye. I typically wash it with an extra rinse and I this last wash I washed it twice both times with the extra rinse cycle and I still have the leaky dye. I am at a loss as to what to do. Has anyone else had this problem?
