Scratched hardware and square imprint

There was a lot of scratches on the hardware. And a square imprint. For a top quality bag and retailer not something I would expect.

Tough online shopping experience

Macy’s sent me the wrong item, I bought a Champs Vertical Leather Cross Body Bag for $130 and instead they sent me a Champs waistpack for 62$. Days before this purchase, I bought the Onyx Leather Sling Bag for the sale price of 89$, and in the shipment this bag was damaged. I never received the two bags I wanted, haven’t seen a refund yet. I contacted Macy’s by phone, let them know of the problem, still waiting for an email. I’m out approximately 157$, and my confidence in online shopping is down close to zero. We’ll see if anyone wants to make this right?!
