OPAL RING

MACYS NEEDS AVAILABLE PERSONELL TO EXPEDITE JEWLERY PURCHASES WHERE SIZING IS REQUIRED. I CAN GET SAME RUN AROUND AT BOSCOVS AND HAVING TO RETURN RING, BUY IT AGAIN WITH 3 YR WARRANTY TO GET IT PROPERLY SIZED AND WAIT ANOTHER HOW LONG IT TAKES TO SHIP OUT, SIZE AND RETURN AND THEN HAVING TO DRIVE BACK TO STORE (NUMBER THREE TRIP) IS A BIT RIDICULOUS. STORE HAS ALL THE MARKING OF GETTING READY TO CLOSE.

Stone fell out after a month

I was absolutely in love with this ring. It was my first purchase on an expensive piece of jewelry. Until the stone fell out and went missing. I will be returning without the stone. What a bummer and obviously not good quality. Do NOT buy!

Opal and diamond ring

Opal was completely white with absolutely no color as shown in ad. I realize each stone is different but they should not be totally white.

The ring looks very pretty on the images, but once you get in person the opal looks dull. Does not have that shine you would expect.

I purchase this ring and never receive it.ups said it was delivered at 7:15 but I get a text 8:15 when I check my front their was no package, but Macy refused to give me a credit.I gave to paid for something which I didn’t get.
