PUNGENT flavored

I received this "UNFLAVORED" Organic Black Seed Oil yesterday. I Followed instructions * Take 1 teaspoon of our unflavored 4900mg black seed oil daily with food, and applied one teaspoon on my salad, which I regret doing so, the taste was real pungent. I will definitely not use it on my food ever again. I will just swallow it straight, one teaspoon a day. and suffer!!! My hope is to restore and regrow stronger and healthy hair. For sure I will take the capsules next time. If this oil does the trick and the results are positive I will say it was worth it, and I will post it.
