It feels a bit sticky at first but then works its way into the skin … yet to see results I’m looking for

Pump will not work to dispense the product

I love the product but am unable to use it due to the pump not working and you cannot unscrew the top.

Serums are NOT mousturizers

Seeing the negative review about this product only to discover in the comment she thinks serums are a replacement or alternative to moisturizer. I'm mind blown that anyone would leave a negative review about any retinol or retinoid serum product they've used without a moisturizer. There is so much information online about retinols, how could anyone not know they are drying? Serums in general are not all in one skincare, either. They contain more intensive active ingredients that are often found in other skincare products in a lower concentration. If you are using a Serum, you should be following it up with a suitable moisturizer for your skin type...ESPECIALLY if the serum contains a retinoid or retinol product. Learn how to use skincare products appropriately instead of leaving misleading one star reviews due to user error, please.
