Makes great coffee and is easy to use. I recommend and am happy with my purchase. Only drawback is instructions say to use a descaler to clean instead of white vinegar.

Perfect! Finally ditched our daily cups of microplastics (keurig and k cups). So glad we finally made the switch back yo this much healthier option for our morning coffee. Surprisingly it’s just as convenient as popping in a k cup. Coffee brews fast and stays hot. Highly recommended!

Residual Water Reservoir Moisture After Coffee Making

Great- with the exception that the water reservoir after making coffee is all clouded up with moisture. This is my 3rd OXO coffeemaker (current one replaced defective one), and this did not happen with the previous coffee makers. My work around is to open lid to reservoir to eliminate any residual moisture.

Coffee tastes like chemicals

I have washed all the parts numerous times, and have ran water and coffee through it maybe 10 times. And it STILL smells and tastes like plastic chemicals. I will be returning it.

Meh

After reading reviews and seeing it was top rated on wire cutter I was sort of hoping I’d like this better. I find it not intuitive to set the timer. Takes me several attempts and I’ve owned it a week. Wish the capacity was larger than 9 cups. Not quite enough for me and my husband. Like the sleek design though. Coffee comes out good and hot. Doesn’t leak and I like the thermal Carafe.

Coffee tastes like plastic - very disappointing

This is a great coffee maker, but the execution is incredibly poor. A few parts of the machine are made out of plastic which absorbs an insane level of plastic taste. Impossible to make good coffee.
