Doesn’t work

I was very excited about this product but then when I went to use it the pancake batter came out at glacial pace does not work the way I had hoped for thicker batters

Does not work

I used this item twice before deciding to return. The first time my batter that I made more the directions on the bag, was too thick to go down the funnel so I kept having to add water to make it really runny so that it would release. Annoying but I thought whatever just add more water while making the batter to avoid this. The second time I used it, I made my batter then added extra water to make it a little runny. Transferred the batter from the bowl to the dispenser and put the lid on! When I went to pick up the dispenser, the batter was leaking out of the bottom. I tried pushing the stopper to make it close tighter and it still didn’t work. Half my batter had fallen out already. So now I had a mess and wasted batter. Way more hassle than it’s worth.

One of my favorite kitchen tools!

This makes pouring the correct amount of batter so incredibly simple! It isn’t too heavy, even with the batter, and the trigger is easy to use on my bad arthritis days. I use this for waffles, pancakes, cupcakes, and certain types of muffins.

When it works it's great

First one we bought we used (loved it) for about 3 months. Then the clear handle cracked at the top and it quit working. We thought we had mishandled it or done something wrong. We bought or second one. MUCH more careful, we have used this one for 6 months, this morning it cracked same place. We have no idea what is happening. We hand wash and dry. Store carefully away from things that might hit it. We are at a loss. We will not be buying another one.
