Beautiful coat but......

Beautiful coat, very warm, stunning color, true to size and arrived within a few days of ordering. I gave it 1 star because this a third party seller. I had to return the coat (too bulky for my body shape) and did so immediately upon recieving. Its been almost 2 weeks and I am still waiting for my refund from the third party seller. Although I am getting many updates on my refund from Macys, I am still waiting for my refund.
