Product appears to be high quality; as is expected from Panasonic. Blades could be a little bit shorter for a closer cut. But overall a good kit. Hoping it will last for years so come.

A good multi-purpose tool
I bought this mainly for an alternative to shaving. It is good but the shape of the cutter opening is not ideal for that purpose. It sometimes misses and sometimes isn't uniformly level. I'll eventually try it to see how it does for a high and tight. I'm a satisfied buyer but it doesn't get that last star for me.

Easy to use and works great
I needed something reasonably priced to trim my beard daily. This works great, has many attachments and seems very sturdy so far. You can buy with confidence.

Great battery life, disappointing results
Great ergonomics, great battery life. Totally disappointing results, blades seem to be not as sharp or as high quality as you’ll expect from Panasonic. No matter what attachment is used the results are equally disappointing. Maybe I received a defective unit.

Great trimmer!
The MultiShape feels solid, works well and seemingly never runs out of charge. It cuts quickly without pulling and is fairly easy to clean. I only have 2 minor issues. First, the documentation that comes with is substandard for a product in this price range. I couldn't figure out how to remove the comb attachment from the trimmer head, so I looked it up. Under the heading, "Removing and mounting the comb attachment," the instructions literally say, "Remove the comb attachment from the head." Hey, thanks! My other minor concern is that the beard trimmer is so bulky, it's tough to trim the spot under your nose.

Sleek, strong, easy to use
So far, I'm very pleased. My previous trimmer lasted many years but the guards broke - cheaper plastic. All of this feels well made and strong.
