Cheap looking for Pandora

This bracelet thankfully was part of a holiday promotion, cheap looking and quality not there for Pandora. The bracelet we "bought" however was beautiful. I think they were trying to get rid of this particular bracelet. I thought of what I would pay for this and at the end of the day I wouldn't pay for this period.

damaged bracelet

I received this bracelet as a gift from Macy’s for all the money that I spent over the holiday. The bracelet came damaged. I requested them to give me a replacement, but that was to no avail. They offered me a coupon I don’t need a coupon. I have many coupons at home. I gave it as a gift to someone and they are expecting a replacement. I am very dissatisfied with Macy’s and the product they sent to me, I am a valued customer and believe they should have sent me out the gift that was given to me originally
