Three stones fell out when lifting the necklace out of storage box it was shipped in. Would probably lose more if worn. I promptly returned it

Not like the picture

Got invited to a formal wedding and ordered a black gown. Wanted to dress it up and ordered this. It’s pretty. But it’s more gold and the gold really looks fake. Not like the picture where it’s more muted. But it is pretty tho
