Love the bag, but hate the zipper

I love the tooling and the rich color on this bag, and it's very convenient to carry, but the zipper broke about a month after I bought it. I still carry it, but I can't zip the middle section where I keep my wallet, so I don't feel comfortable carrying it in large crowds.

Recieved a used purse

This review is toward Macys not Patricia Nash. So disappointed to recieve a used item. price tag connected with a bread tie, glue or candy/gum inside on the pocket, extra strap in a shein bag, storage bag wadded Ina ball...no packing materials in or on purse! it's a beautiful bag, but WAY to much $$$ to accept something that was clearly used! Not ok Macys!! Do better with your returns process!

Not the usual Nash

I swear to God this is a used item. Improperly packaged, not insulated, seems worn. Not the first time. Getting sick of this, especially for the exorbitant pricing.
