Styling!

I am in love with this bag; I have not even worn it yet! I love looking at it. And the rose knobs are authentic and beautiful. I was not aware of Patricia Nash until searching for the Coach Kisslock Bag. I saved a few dollars too! I'm soooo happy with this bag!

Doesn't stay closed.

I love the shape, but it won't stay closed!

I've bought 2 of the Serafina (one black, one Oxblood) and returned both. The quality, size and opening are amazing! However, the moment I have anything in the purse- no matter how small or light- and I put the strap on my shoulder, it immediately pops open. This happened with both bags, so it wasn't just a fluke. My theory is that the problem arises because of the strap end placements. They're mount one on each side of the kiss lock clasp on the inside. The force of the bag hanging causes gravity to pop it open. If they were on the outside by the hinges, just on the outsides of the bag or even on the same side on the inside, it would be fine. As it stands, the purse is unusable to me, which is a disappointment since I looked forward to buying this bag for months. I own 17 Patricia Nash bags, and this is the only one I've ever had to exchange and ultimately return.

Beautiful bag

I bought the black bag - just beautiful. The lining is vintage- warm gold, just lovely. So large it could be a small over night bag, a bag you can put your phone, tablets and other needed devices for work. Travel. Five stars - all her bags are lovely - this one is a soft leather. Love it !!

Design flaw

I fell in love with this bag when I saw it at Macy’s. I am so disappointed because it doesn’t stay closed. It pops open using the strap. I might have to return it.
