Patricia NashStretch Bracelet

Not my favorite

I am usually so happy with Patricia Nash stretch bracelets, but this one is a bit of a disappointment. I got it in the Worn Gold after having had my eye on it for weeks. Like all PN stretch bracelets it is really comfortable to wear, easy to put on and take off, and the beads are surprisingly light, which adds to the comfort. Unfortunately, for reasons I can’t wholly pinpoint, the bracelet looks cheaper than most PN pieces. I think a lot of it has to do with the finish, which is a little paler and duller than it appeared in the photos. I usually like my gold jewelry with a brushed finish, but this just too dull for my taste. It’s also possible that the lack of weight to the beads, while comfortable, doesn’t make the bracelet fall as nicely about the wrist as heavier beads would. Whatever the cause, I won’t be back to buy the worn rhodium version as I had originally planned.
